Account Dashboard: If you have a registered account, you may find a “Delete Account” option under your Profile Settings.
Contact Form: You may also use our Contact Us page to submit your request.
5. Processing Timeline
Once a request is received:
Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
Completion: Most requests are completed within 30 days. Once deleted, this action is irreversible.
6. Third-Party Data
If your data was shared with third-party processors (such as payment gateways like Razorpay or shipping partners), we will notify them of your deletion request where applicable. However, those entities may have their own retention policies based on their legal obligations.
